We have great pleasure in announcing the appointment of our new Chairman, Ian Williams.

Ian has joined Elumin8 after a 27 year career in Corporate Finance where he specialised in mergers and acquisitions within the Automotive sector. He brings with him not just a wealth of knowledge in terms of strategy and business growth; he also has a unique insight in to the Automotive industry and more importantly it’s future direction. Having worked at various institutions that include Forsters, BNP Baribas, Jefferies, ABN Amro, Schroders and Barings; he has been at the forefront of some of the biggest movements in the sector. Most recently he was a key player in the 2015 Ferrari IPO which raised over $4billion for Fiat Chrysler.
