The Jaguar XJ50 Limited Edition marked the next evolution of Elumin8’s illuminated treadplate technology, carrying forward the proven electroluminescent solution developed for the X351 XJ.

One of our very 1st vehicle programs working as a Tier 2 to metal fabricator GSM as Tier 1 we developed from scratch an electroluminescent lighting component.

Elumin8 developed the illuminated treadplate system for the Range Rover Evoque, combining electroluminescent technology with precision engineering to deliver a distinctive, production-ready automotive feature.

Elumin8 developed an electroluminescent lighting system for the Range Rover Sport L322, including a bespoke EL inverter engineered to meet stringent EMC requirements. As a Tier 2 partner to GSM, the programme demonstrated Elumin8’s ability to develop, manufacture and support complete automotive lighting systems.

One of earlier forays which we developed a flexible LED lightpack for the Land Rover Discovery L550, combining a precision polycarbonate light guide with interchangeable inserts to deliver 96% illumination uniformity and consistent colour and brightness.

Elumin8 developed the illuminated lightpack for the Aston Martin Vantage treadplates, delivering refined, consistent illumination through a compact, precision-engineered lighting system.

For Aston Martin, Elumin8 collaborated in the development of the Dynamic Puddle Lamp — a precision-engineered lighting feature designed to transform a familiar vehicle function into a distinctive moment of theatre.

We were delighted to be nominated to produce the illuminated tread plates for the highly anticipated Aston Martin SUV; DBX. The parts are made with anodised, machined and lasered aluminium with an illuminated light pack.

With our knowledge of Rolls Royce quality standards and experience with metal engraving and finishing we have also been producing the personalised tread plates for the RR Cullinan.

We have a well respected R&D function in house and we get asked to look at unique innovations. In this case we developed door veneer illumination for a limited edition Rolls Royce Wraith – Luminary. While an extremely challenging project the results were quite stunning.

When Rolls-Royce launched the latest Phantom, every component had to reflect the uncompromising standards of the world’s most prestigious luxury motor car.
